About The Family Practice Review & Reunion

Grandview Medical Center is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. Grandview Medical Center designates this program for a maximum of 26 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity. "In Person" participants must sign and return the attestation form or complete the online CME Verification form for presentations you participated either livestreamed or virtually. Credit will be given only to physicians who complete the attestation form indicating the total number of hours attended. No credits will be given to those physicians who fail to complete their CME Verification Form. Credit will be submitted directly to the AOA by the Family Practice Review and Reunion.
